A Unique Solution

Steel trusses spanning one direction
Torque tubes in the opposing direction, to resist distortion effects due to differential ground settlement/heaving
An effective means of maintenance/adjustment of the individual foundation bearing pads over the long-term
All components are ordinarily assembled by field-bolting
Large heavy equipment is not required for field erection
For short-to-intermediate term requirements and those subject to reclamation agreements, the Arctic Surface Foundation© system is readily salvageable and/or relocatable
