In 2004 – 2005, Alaska National Guard Scout Readiness centers were constructed on Arctic Surface Foundations© in Western Alaska at 3 remote locations – Alakanuk, Kwigillingok, and Quinhagak. The General Contractor was Dowland Construction Inc., and steel fabrication was completed by Brooklyn Iron Works in Spokane, WA.
